Sally Minker is an artist, graphic designer and photographer who has been living in Park Slope, Brooklyn for the past 25 years. She received a BFA from Kansas City Art Institute, Kansas City, MO and an MFA from the Tyler School of Art in Philadelphia, PA. Minker has won grants and awards from Artists Space in New York City; the Connemara Conservancy, Dallas; and the Mayor’s Advisory Committee on Art and Culture, Baltimore. Her work has been exhibited in group and solo exhibits in the US and Europe, including shows at the Brooklyn Museum, Brooklyn, NY; HERE Art, New York, NY; The Snug Harbor Art Center, Staten Island, NY; and Areale99 International Kunstfestival in Germany. Minker’s work is in the collections of the Brooklyn Museum and William Paterson University.
