APAG is an organization for people handling private photo collections. It is also for working photographers who have been in the industry and have made a living as a fine art or editorial photographer and are working on their own archives, and for other photo-related professionals in the archive field.
Benefits of APAG Membership:
- Meetings 3 times a year at the International Center of Photography (ICP). Notes from meetings sent out to all members.
- APAG Google group: enables you to have discussions with other members.
- Articles posted on Facebook page with up-to-date info about the photo industry.
- Facebook page posts members latest books, exhibits, websites, or other projects.
- Updates to APAG’s Events and News pages, to feature upcoming exhibits, publications, and other items of interest.
- Photo gallery, along with bio and contact info, on our galleries page.
Membership: (APAG West members pay one fee for both National and affiliate membership)
Student member: $50
Affiliate member: $75 (outside NYC tri-state area/seniors)
General member: $100 (in NYC tri-state area)
Platinum patron: $300 (general membership and a 1-hour consultation)
Silver benefactor: $1000 (all meetings, panels, seminars, and a 2-hour consultation)
APAG is a 501(c)(3) non-profit and a fully tax deductible organization.
2018/2019 Memberships run from May 1, 2018 – April 30, 2019.
(As with some non-profits, we are not able to have a rolling membership)
